Shipping policy

Processing Time As each decorative wall tile is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 10 days  business days for creation before your item is dispatched. But please do enquire by all means to see if a tile can be created sooner.  The Keepsake Artisan will always try to oblige as long as it does not compromise the quality of the decorative tile.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, or other offshore locations at this time.

Delivery Method All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked courier service to ensure your handcrafted tiles arrive safely.

Delivery Timeframe Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days to UK mainland addresses. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location unless otherwise notified.

Packaging Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted tiles, all items are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
