What are your tiles made from?
Each tile is meticulously handcrafted, artfully designed with a seamless fusion of materials like air dry clay, decoupage papers, chalk, acrylic paint, and waxes to achieve a distinctive finish. The selection of materials is tailored to complement the design.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer two sizes:
- Full Size Tiles: 6" x 8" x 0.79"
- Mini Tiles: 4.7" x 4.7" x 0.5"
Are these suitable for outdoor use?
Our tiles are designed for indoor display only. The air-dry clay and antique finishes are best preserved in a dry, indoor environment away from direct moisture.

Ordering & Production
What does "Made to Order" mean?
Each tile is individually handcrafted after you place your order. This ensures you receive a unique piece, allows us to maintain the highest quality standards, and reduces waste. Your tile will be created especially for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes up to 10 working days to create your tile, plus 2-4 business days for UK mainland delivery. You'll receive updates throughout the process.
Can I request custom designs or commissions?
We love creating bespoke pieces! Please contact us to discuss your custom design ideas. Custom orders typically require 3-4 weeks for production, and we'll provide a quote based on your requirements.
Shipping & Packaging
How are the tiles packaged?
Each tile is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials and secure packaging designed specifically for fragile artisan pieces.
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently focused on serving customers in the UK mainland. Please contact us if you're interested in international shipping, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my tile arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your tile arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
As each tile is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on standard designs. However, if there's a fault or damage, we'll gladly replace it or provide a full refund. Custom commissions are non-refundable unless faulty.
Care & Display
How do I hang my tile?
Simply use an appropriate wall hook or nail for the weight.
How should I care for my tile?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning products, as these may damage the finish. Keep your tile in a dry environment away from direct moisture.
